I feel sorry for her problem, but I won't be losing sleep over her not making lots of money, there are other who could make better use of that money.
She was an average singer at best, not horrible but not that good either. I doubt she would have gotten too far.
Considering that she ramped up her prices so much, you could say the whole thing has been a publicity stunt for her. Because of how it got across the tabloids so much you could say it's been a great publicity coup for the X-Factor as well. -
