I want to start with the private messaging, I find it quite annoying to use, its messy, its the format, if its done like yahoo mail I can find my messages easier, not they just cluster into a 3d pyramid.

Next, I wanted to email you about this so I went to "contact us", fortunately I realized that your replies goes to my personal email that my partner can read, so I didnt proceed.
If we contact you it would be good and safer for you to reply into our private message box.

Just to the issue of pms from E-I being sent to your outside email.

You can change the email address anytime by clicking on the “edit email and password” link on the left hand side of the screen when you are in your pm area or you can opt to delete the email address you provided on joining from the two panels that you will see your address contained within and click on “save changes” and you will then only have a pm sent to E-I inbox only.
