& the Cops apparently caught the sticky fingered cabbie by calling him for a pickup and busted him when he arrived

that is brilliant, i love seeing stories like that being reported and also the people responsible being shamed on the internet. As for the cops, they were complete idiots not to act on the the initial evidence.
