Core muscles and sex

Does developed core muscles derived from yoga Pilates and those type of exercises improve your sex life?

I do a lot of Pilates as part of my winter training and really unless you are getting into wild positions no..... But I found it helped with standing up having her wrapped around your waist, it's more to do with stability under tension

I gave up on core muscles and went for middle aged spread years ago.

My core muscles worked a treat earlier - pleasantly surprised ...

Fitness certainly helps me :) Don't know about core muscles though
