You call to the escort's premises and get her to do an outcall or nip out her front door and into yours (be helpful if she met you before). you have the bubbly and caviar ready. You have your fun and then the escort nips back into her apartment.
Low motor tax on these vehicles too, just over the 100 euro mark :D

The new law certainly won't stand a chance, but not because of an elaborate scheme of using Camper Vans. ;)
Rather because it's a failure before it'll ever gets started, for the reason that it's simply impossible to police and enforce.
