I always assumed it was the girls receiving oral from the punter but then why have "reverse oral" and "69" listed as separate favourites?

My understanding is that it literally is what it says it is....she sits knickerless on your face and you lick or she rubs it against your face and you lick. Classical owo does not involve her sitting on your face while you perform it and 69 is either one partner on top of the other or both side by side performing oral at the same time.
