Funny this? :confused: I didn't realise it was possible to submit a review without ticking the rating boxes. I presumed that the "overall satisfaction" box was one of the mandatory fields? At least it seems that way whenever I've submitted a review.

He must have clicked the "Made booking but did not meet escort" option. That results in an N/A.

The problem is, some clients just fill in the review content and ignore the selection boxes.
