Munster head coach Anthony Foley died last night in Paris just before Munster's opening champions cup match.
Poor guy, feel bad for his wife and kids and a big loss for Munster
I wonder what happened to him.
I just posted a thread in general chat about this.
A real shock alright.
Madness so young
Jesus that's shocking!
I agree with the above statements, a young man with a great playing and coaching past. Sometimes it's hard to understand how someone like this is taken away so suddenly. RIP Anthony Foley:-(
RIP axel, a true legend of the game.

Very sad indeed particularly for the rugby community. RIP Anthony Foley.
It's genuinely shocking news and it really verifies the old cliche, it puts sport in perspective as just sport!

R.I.P Anthony Foley as you pass away too young.....As Ladies and Gentleman LIFE IS SHORT and no one know when you time up as each day you wake up and feeling good is a bonus as try to enjoy what time you have left as Death is always at the door waiting...
Massive respect to the Maori. Laying the jersey on the half way line and then presenting it to Anthony's boys. It went down every well with everybody.
It has been said that a tragedy like this has re-united everybody in Munster, players and supporters.
Heros come and go but Legends are never forgotten Anthony Foley R.I.P.
That was a great tribute to Axel. His sisters in particular made a fantastic contribution and ex teammates like O'Connell, O'Gara and Wood.
