Why is my profile down!

I put my profile up today at 11 o clock! I look and it not there now! I picture verify today aswell! So why is my profile not here and i pay for the week!

Please can some one on admin on website call me please.

You had a profile with E-I before so the profile which been activated yesterday should not be online at all. Creating new profile cause many confusion when somone has a histroy already on E-I. Anyway we were able to find it and all reviews are now attached.
