If you keep your eyes on the escort pages this is advertised now and again.
Your best option might be to PM a TS escort you are attracted to and see if she can help.

i doubt a TS will have a girlfriend, i guess boyfriend will be the case.
I just had last week such experience at home in Tenerife, male client, TS and me; it was great fun, we travelled for the TS around the island (4h total for both ways!), but it was really worthy.
