Same old shite different year. Property prices go flying again and every gets an erection. this country will never learn anything. It might as well stay the same as it is because we'll only be back in shite in another decade or so assuming we get out of this shite.

Yes and its called business so instead of complaining about it, do it!

There is a housing shortage at the moment so smart people sell houses, even smarter people bought the houses that NAMA sold for buttons. Those smarter people are now selling those houses to lemmings who think its a good time to buy. It will all go 'pop' again in less than a year but by then my pension fund will be well stacked!

I blame the electorate :D
