A Civil Service Job ... Joke :)

A Peter has a successful interview for a Civil Service job at a Gov. Department in Dublin, now this man was a former Irish Army man whom had been injured in a land mine Shock Wave Blast which basically blew his Balls Off; he had made a good recovery indeed despite.
So the Dep. Boss said to him “Ok Joe U have the job starting Monday at 10am to 5pm
Peter said to Joe “That’s great but I would have thought from 8am to 5pm”
Joe (Boss) said “That’s Wright for the rest of us its 8am to 5pm” ... Peter said “Ooo why do I get the 2 hours off not that I’m complaining” Joe said “Well U see those first 2 hours we only sit around scratching our Balls so U see under the circumstances that won’t apply to U Peter” ... :)

lol but you could have just finished at A Civil Service Job ... Joke :)
