I tend to just write a review but some it seems take it too far, how do you deal with it?

I usually just follow them around throwing stones at them. It seem a fair and reasonable reaction.

Putting a call into the Police, one escort did accuse me wrongly but later found out it was another escort that was pissed off with her as was undercutting her, then sent me texts apologising and offering a free half hour session.
