I came across an increased form of STD protection on the internet:

From what I could see online (information was badly translated) they are disposable STD prevention underpants that are made from latex. You put on the condom before putting on the underwear.

Would you like to wear these?

I definitely don't think that these would be very sexy or any good for foreplay, and it would get very hot in those pants ;)
