It might not make her ass an awful lot bigger, since putting on large mass is difficult, but it'll make it a lot firmer. :p
As for stopping to excerise, putting on muscle is a lot more difficult than keeping it. Keeping it is relatively easy, just use it in some way, and that doesn't even have to be lifting weights.
Now you're talking. It could be a potential squatting workout for Natalie given it saves going to the gym. :p
I've had that done to me several times now, and I've loved it on each occasion. :D
