Law of supply and demand

If i remember correctly the law of supply and demand states that the price of a service depends on the demand.

Escorting (sale of time and companionship) follows this law also.

So what is the current status?

Are prices low or high?
Is demand low or high?

Im getting confused as to how it works!!
