does apartment location matter to clients

Being a touring escort i ve realised that some clients are reluctant to come to my location reasons given
1) Had a bad experince with an escort there before
2) Place known to have different girls than those shown in photo.
Recently I read a thread where a client said that if an escort mentioned that she was near the O2 arena in Dublin he would not bother to visit her because of past experiences. just wanted to say from a touring escort point of view its becoming harder and harder to get a place to work from without hassle. why is it that clients cant overlook the aspect that certain places will be saturated with touring girls and just because you had a bad experience does not mean if a truly indepedent escort uses the same place history will repeat itself.

Hi Topaz, I suppose some punters just to feel secure, others may not be too bothered. Y'ou'd get the feeling that if it is a hot area, certained eyes might be prying and photographing, perhaps I'm just paranoid. Feeling safe is a high priority with me, if I was nabbed, I would have so much to lose and it could have disastrous consequences with other people. I like Dublin 9, Dublin 11 and perhaps Swords, I feel town is a hotbed, although most of the escorts I've met are in Dublin 1 and Dublin 2, I'm actually just back from seeing a lovely girl in Dublin 1.

I reckon for discretion purposes it would matter to most ppl.

Some agencies own apartments, or rent them long term, and have a succession of their escorts in them. So punters learn to be wary of these. There are other people who just rent apartments, without doing any of the other things agencies do. A punter usually won't be able to distinguish between these two situations.

Regarding safety, I can see why that would worry some people. I've gone to see escorts in Ballymun before. I looked really out of place, but no one gave me any trouble.

I don't worry much about discretion, except not wanting to draw attention to the escort, but my personal situation is different from most punters'.

appartment location..anywhere in dublin city centre. i am ok with d2 d7 d8 d1 anywhere around there is cool i never had problems .....drogheda or navan i had bad experiences in the past and i have never met an escort in those towns since especially drogheda

Hi Topaz.. I think hotels are best and would always favour them over apartments. However not every hotel is suited. In Dublin punters can be quite anonomous in most busy hotels. In rural towns I will only go to hotels that have access to the bedrooms that is not directly in the foyer.. There are some great hotels in the south east where you can access the bedrooms directly from the carpark.. A lot of professional touring escorts usually book the room in two names just in case the punter bumps into a member of staff when leaving. I usually bring a briefcase and newspaper, sit in the bar for twenty minutes and then just casually head for the lift
I'm always wary of apartments getting known, and being watched or raided.
I spend a lot of time travelling and staying in hotels so I suppose that gives me a relaxed confidence strolling in and out of them.
Topaz , pick a good hotel in the south east and I'll definitely come and see you. If you want a few tips I.ll recommend a few for you

I don't have a partner/wife (wouldn't visit escorts if I did) and close friends know I have no objections to seeing an escort but not all know I do in Ireland (We nearly all have in Amsterdam), so for me people finding out isn't a big deal but I still wouldn't want to draw attention to it. I don't like visiting escorts in hotels although I do. The reason being it feels like staff know why you are there. Wouldn't be hard to notice a particular room has a lot of visitors. Least favourite location is Sandyford - I reckon every worker in the coffee shop and dry cleaners has figured out what's going on at this stage.

In addition to my earlier post. If an escort is using an hotel for two or three days the trick is to book her early on the first day, before any volume of traffic in and out of her room gets noticed.

Iagree with Mr Magoo,Sandyford is a sticking out like a sore thumb area and the escorts are still charging 150,...Heidi baby told me before she left that punters were nervous to go and see her because barrow st was drawing alot of attention and had a raid,cant confirm this,but it was the quickest half hour I spent with an escort

It might not have been a 'bad' experience that causes punters not to go back to a location. As someone else commented, standing at a gate or door entrance with your phone to your ear waiting for instructions can be a bit obvious to other people coming and going from the building.
Also there is the possibility that if an area becomes saturated with touring escorts the cops will be aware of it and, as with Barrow Street, become a target. You have to be aware Topaz, that the client needs to feel secure also.

It matters for many reasons besides those that you mention.

From the top:

1) Description of location.

D1 does not help very much - that covers a lot of territory some of which I may not like. Of course, you cannot give an address in a profile but some easy to identify location that is about one minute's walk away is fine.

Once somebody calls you, send a text with more detailed directions. Again that does not have to be the exact address but somewhere very close by.

Remember that my experience is not enhanced if I spend ten minutes wandering about in the rain because you cannot give good directions that I can hear when there are busses and cars thundering past.

You can address this issue yourself with your profile and by having a txt saved on your mobile.

2) Anonymity of access.

I do not want to visit an hotel where I would have to walk through reception. Since I don't know the layout of the hotels here, I would avoid them all. The same would go for an apartment building with a concierge or security desk.

You can control this yourself with your choice.

3) "Escort density"

This is a Goldilocks issue.

Too many? Oh no, I turn up at the building and there is an obvious punter at the door with a mobile, and another lurking. Then, on the way in, you see two more on the way out and the process repeats itself as you are leaving.

Too few? Make a booking and turn up. The escort either does not pick up the phone or it is on voice mail or she, or her friend tells you that she is busy. There is no backup possibility in the area and you are stuck.

Just right? Somewhere where you can have say half a dozen numbers within say 5 minutes walk and then you just turn up and call to see who is available at short notice.

You should be able to tell what will be a good or bad spot by checking the listings on this site and by turning up and having a look .

4) Building access.

If you cannot buzz somebody in from the street without having to come to the door then forget it. Of course, you could wear a long coat with just your lingerie underneath and then let the coat slide off your shoulders as you enter the apartment but nobody ever does. Even if you did, it would still not match that moment when a door is opened by somebody standing hidden behind it and you wonder what you are about to see.

The same goes for the way out. There is one place in D1 where you must be buzzed out as well as in. What will a client do if an escort does not tell him that and is busy with her next caller when he realises?

For those reasons I will visit neither Gardiner Street nor Mountjoy Square.

Again, you can spot these issues when you visit the apartment yourself.

5) Remember that punters are playing a numbers game.

You may be able to offer a fabulous experience but if I have had two bad experiences in your area and two good ones in another part of town then I will go for the area that has done best in the past.

The reviews here should give you an idea of the perceived quality of the escorts in any given area.

6) What are the facilities like inside the apartment?

Clients who post reviews do make comments on the location. Is the room big enough and is there somewhere for your client to put his clothes other than on the floor? Consider the bathroom too. You want a client to have a shower of course and you will ensure that clean towels are on hand. But how about a clean, dry mat on the floor by the shower. Much nicer than a cold floor. Mats cost no more than towels and can be washed in the same machine so you should be able to manage that. Also, does the shower work really well or do I have to fiddle with it for an age only to get a trickle of lukewarm water?

If the shower is inside a bath, do the curtains work correctly and is there something for a client to hold onto to steady himself as he steps out of a slippery bath?

Best of all would be a room with en-suite facilities.

Again, you can check these things out yourself.

7) Finally

From the above, I think that you should be able to identify good locations but I accept that there is still a problem with finding a good place if none is available. All that you can do then is to provide the kind of service that will get you loads of good reviews and take care over your profile.

An attractive profile and two dozen positive reviews will overcome most problems with location.

Hello boys and Girls,

When I am in Dublin I am near O2 Arena and I know the area in past times was rather dodgy but thankfully now a days it has had a complete face lift. Over the bridge near the city however still has a bad reputation.

As to rumours that ladies that work near the O2 are fake etc I would tend to disbelieve this as malicious gossip as I am no fake that’s for sure, Topaz definitely isn't a fake as she is so hot and some the other girls that I know that are in the area have been advertising and working rather profitably for years.

I don’t like apartments full-stop. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with them. I’ve seen me been told by the escort she’s working alone in the apartment only to find when I arrived another girl working in another room and hearing other punters making their way though the apartments. Just freak me out. If I see a girl in a hotel I know there’s only going to be you and her there, just feel better for that and there’s the access issues. As all hotels are wheelchair friendly I know I’ll have no problems getting to the girls room, apartments can be a right pain in the arse, I’ve seen me being told by the girl before hand the apartment was assessable only to find when I arrived steps, narrow hallways, lifts out of order, all sorts of things. Personally I like hotels. More of a buzz getting in and out.
Regarding apts it all depends where they are. "near 02" is ok but one well known block has a ridiculous keypad system.
Topaz, The areas I prefer to avoid are Mountjoy Sq and Gardiner St area because basically there are too many scangers on the make there. Also Lennox St/ South Circular seems to have
a few places obviously run by pimps who use false pictures regularly.
Also Barrow St seems to be becoming a bit overcrowded and obvious so you might be better off avoiding as it might put off some punters.

I don't worry too much about been seen on the phone outside an apartment block as I do it loads waiting for friends anyway so never really thought of it, it's all in your heads lads!! As for hotels I do feel a bit safer as escorts usually stay here for a much shorter time so the build up of traffic shouldn't be too bad over 2-3 days. For me to not return to a specific apt I have to of had a bad experience such as face and photos not matching, once that happens I'll never be back. I know it sounds stupid as a reputable escort could be staying in the same apt next week but well that's just me.

Appreciate that there are a limited number of appartments and locations - escorts tend to be concentrated in a small area and this is especially true in Cork where I live. As a punter what is important to me is that I can enter a location as quickly as possible without having to stand with the phone to my ear. With the bright evenings this is a no go as far as I am concerned - I feel very exposed and in a situation like that I won't proceed - I do understand that an escort likes/needs to vet clients but standing there with the phone to my ear feels like I am wearing a sign saying "just going to visit an escort".

Getting back to the original purpose of this thread.
I do tend to favour certain areas i feel i know but it is more about discretion of access to the appartment or hotel.
