Any experts out there that can help me ,when I post on this site it’s shows up as an hour earlier on the time than actually the time I did post it , is this normal or is there a way to sort it only asking because it’s annoying me now thanks ye horny people.

Maybe it's Date & Time Options - set it to GMT?
It's in Settings: My Settings - My Account - General Settings - Date & Time Options -

I thought the time stamps being off might have to do with the time zone the servers are located in (can't be profiting off prostitution in counties where the profession is illegal and all).
