Old reviews -- change of policy ? [Archive]

I would like to suggest a small change in policy.

I understand that management do not wish to delete reviews of escorts who have not worked here for a considerable length of time, just in case they might return in the future. I, like many other revierwers I am sure, carry reviews of ladies that have not been here for years and many of whom are most unlikely to return to work here again. In that case, the reviews are irrelevant and unnecessarily keep the reviewer's review tally high.

I accept that management have no way of knowing whether or not an escort will return in the future and do not wish therefore to permanently delete reviews of these ladies.

Where an escort has not returned to work here for a considerable time ( e.g 2 years ) , would management consider removing those ladies' reviews off the official review list and 'parking' them in a holding file to be re-activated should that escort wish to return to work here and re-activate her reviews ?

This happens at present in fact where an escort who does work here or tour here regularly , temporarily opts out of the review system when she is not working, but then re-activates her reviews when she starts to work again.

This change would get rid of many now irrelevant reviews but yet provide the escort ( and E-I) with the protection of knowing that in the event one of these ladies does decide to escort again, that her reviews can easily be re-activated.

I don't agree, I don't think any review is irrelevant, fair enough it is no longer useful in helping a guy choose the lady the review is for but it helps other clients get a feel to what type of lady the reviewer likes and can tell you if you have similar tastes so therefore a current lady he has reviewed could also be to your liking, especially if you have visited the lady in the old review also. Am i making sense..

You can always look at his other reviews to see what ladies he likes.

Many of my ' out of date ' reviews dont even have the little picture on them. I have no interest in looking at reviews of ladies, no matter what type, who wont or are unlikely to return to work here as escorts.

(Also in my case, it is really only after I have identified an escort's profile that I like, that I will then check her reviews.)

I don't get this obsession with reviews counts. What is the idea here? I'm having a hard imagining how the actual number could matter. If your wife finds out you shagged 43 women and wrote reviews of the experience then she will divorce you, but if it looks like it's just, say, 37 then she will say "Well, I guess that's ok"?

I like to be able to contribute by review but I want to avoid the permanently advertised Top Reviewers List. Quite simple really.

Unfortunately this is something we won't be accommodating. Out of the two years I've worked here, this is the first complaint about this and we are not going to change a system just to accommodate one person.

Plenty of support? You mean like the 6 or 7 people that actually bothered to agree with the OP?

If you have a pseudonym and you haven't been telling people who you are, there shouldn't be an issue. Don't review if you are concerned about the top reviewer's list. If you are that worried, stop posting too, as you are only bringing attention to yourself.

Let me ask you a question... every time you visit an escort, as you are sitting on the bed after the deed, and as you are tying your shoe-laces, do you tilt your head to the escort and say...?:

I agree. I know the point the Steve is making, but as with Anon, reviews are always useful - if anything it gives a sense of what the reviewer is like (even more so than what the escort is like!) and that in itself is extremely useful to a potential client reading reviewrs.

My own trusted reviewers list came about by noticing that said reviewers had seen some of the girls I had seen and had the same opinion and taste in ladies that I do.

I happen to have respect for and indeed agree with the OP and the other respected members here who called for the abolition of the Leaderboard. Indeed, one poster called for a poll and I would also agree with this, provided it would be a secret poll.
It just draws unnecessary attention to clients ( Fussy springs to mind ) and I doubt if a majority of escorts are in favour of it either. I think it would be better if their list of well reviewed ladies was extended in its place.

Anyway, this thread was about an idea for a possible way of dealing with out of date reviews.

It gives me an idea of what a potential client is going to be like if he has asked for a booking and gives me an indication as to his manner on his appointments. If he comes across as an ass in alot of his reviews or constant negative reviews it gives me the option of avoiding him. Its not just useful to the clients but useful to us ladies also.

@ksteve - if you dont want to be on the leader board just stop reviewing, its not like you are forced to do so and you could book a lady without telling her who you are and us ladies dont expect reviews from members and it isnt held against them if they dont review you either. i have seen alot of members on here who have reviewed lots of ladies and not reviewed me, its not an issue for me and wont be for a lot of ladies either.

Exactly, we both agree. That is why I am advocating the encouragement of reviews.!

Not necessarily Steve. Often the only girl I may have seen in common with the above reviewers may be someone who doesn't work here anymore. I wouldn't therefore have a standard to compare their reviews with, if that review was removed.

To be honest, i prefer it the way it is and don't want any changes to the review system- as to me this is the best feature on E-I. The only people I can see having cause for complaint with be those topping the leader board like Fussy (now deceased - but for different reasons), The Legend and N73. And none have commented on this thread yet.
