I'm not sure how the reviewer was travelling. But if he was on foot 10 minutes is a long time waiting outside an appartment. You try not to look out of place. It's really 15 minutes as he called at 9.55. It doesn't look like she texted him or tried to call him to wait. If she was running behind she should have let him know. There's nothing wrong with his review. He came at the time agreed and no response.

Hmm...I am guessing that if the guy couldnt wait the half hr though Shirley (for whatever reason)you would have made contact to explain what happened or re arrange.Looks like there was no explanation or reason given from what he says and thats a wee bit rude id have thought.
Anyway..I will bring a flask of tea next time we arrange something as I fully expect to be left outside in the cold for at least a half hr as punishment for my comments lol. ;-)

Worth it she most certainly is.........but i still think Shirley would have the manners to explain why she was unavoidably detained before making you strip off and subject you to her charms...unlike the lady mentioned above.

sometimes it happens,and most of the cases is for cleaning up the mess after the previous guy (wax on the floor,shower cleaning,etc),and myself a nice shower & a relaxing cig lol :D

I think him only hanging around 10 mins (not the ladies fault he arrived early so you can only really coint the time after the appointment time) was a bit short alright but as others said, if by the time he got home he still got no contact then the N/A review would still be justified, now if he got a missed call or text shortly after he left (within the 30 mins of the appointment time) then it is a bit unfair.

I dont think it is acceptable at all to leave a client waiting. I did it just once in my whole career and I had a serious reason for that. It was regular and I asked him first whether its ok with him and then I kept chatting to him on the phone so he doesnt feel bad waiting around. That was 5 mins.

For my part I always try to be punctual for all appointments in life as much as possible. Unfortunately punctuality and time keeping isn't something that is well ingrained our Irish mentality. (Grossly generalising here, but as a nation we are not as particular about time keeping as say the English or the Germans). Regardless, I believe it's just good manners to be on time.
However, to be fair to the OP, I do think the reviewer was a little harsh. It isn't fun being left outside for whatever time even if it is 10 mins, but I can fully appreciate why a lady may run slightly overtime due to her previous client being late or overstaying.
The crux of the mater is communication between the parties, as Anon has pointed out. If the said escort did not reply at any stage to the client, or offer him an explaination even after he left, then the client probably has a good reason to be miffed. So in my book the offence isn't the 10 minute delay but the lack of subsequent communication.
I have been very lucky overall as most of the ladies I've had the privilege of meeting have been thorough professionals like Anna, and have been excellent timekeepers. Which must be incredibly difficult in this type of business.
