In Germany prostitution is allowed, so it is a little bit easier to find women. In cologne for example you can find some asian girls, who will make it with you, for 30€.
We have escort services as well, but you can negotiate with them, if you just want fast action, for let's say 15 minutes, so you don't have to pay 100€ for half an hour.
