It would appear that there has been some sort of hate campaign instigated by several members on the boards here recently...Name and shame them.....

No it is not, so I've edited that post for you. However, what Paws said is not in the same category as what Punter John said IMHO.
This is an adult site and I don't mind the banter getting a bit rough, though if somebody complaints they feel offended by something that has been said, like Heather just has, I will normally remove/edit it the post if the material is indeed material that could be found offensive.
I personally find asking someone if they are Down's Syndrome - as a means of asking them if they are stupid - offensive to all the amazing people in this world living with that genetic disorder.
And this is the second time today Punter John has offended me (His other offending remark made today was removed from his latest review before it was published hence nobody other than our staff saw it). Not to mention he has offended many other people on this board lately.
This is why I am warning him about his conduct.

It was me who complained Heather. The way he has been allowed to be abusive on this site to us and other escorts (and emails I have sent to the moderators about it ignored) stopped me advertising on this site ages ago.
In fact, the way "Big paws" is allowed to insult all and sundry when others are slapped done makes me wonder who " actually BigPaws" is.
My mistake...sorry, I hadnt realised, I thought Pat meant that I had complained about his washed up old phrase.
I do know exactly what you mean though.
Perhaps he's considered an ass...et to the site and the advertisers are dispensible... who knows.... who cares lol
I guess he has to feel self-important somewhere, even if it's a prostitution board.

I would just like to say that I personally have not got complaints from you guys re bigpaws (not saying you didn't email any in, as they could have gone to my colleagues). Also, I personally have not found bigpaws to be a very offensive person on these boards (accepted that is only my own personal experience though). Anyhow, next time bigpaws is offensive to you, fire me a PM and I'll look into it... Or if there are old threads I can look at now let me know which ones. We do not try to favour escorts or clients. We try to be as fair as we can. Pat x

I just noticed the bad language thingy you added to my post Pat and I must take issue with it ........... I understand why you censored the C-word as you have always had a problem with me using that particular word (not sure why as most of the escorts here have one!!) but deleting "old" and "washed-up"?? I used those words in reference to heather so I would call them accurate as opposed to offensive.
I could count on my hand the amount of posters here "against" (for lack of a better word) me but judging from all the PM's I get from Escorts, Punters and Posters supporting me it would take all the hairs on my left testicle to count them and then some!! Really Jackie, your not making much sense. You say Bigpaws being offensive towards you has driven you away from advertising here, yet you are still here posting? You refuse to explain to me further how he has been offensive to you when I offer to look into the matter, instead getting offensive towards me? Ah bigpaws, whether I edited one word too many or too less is not a big deal we have to debate now I hope. There is too much bickering on here lately! I don't know what's up with Jackie / Heather but I do know a lot of people here (including me) find your contribution here a positive one. I reckon new punters especially often stumble across your threads exposing fake photos etc and are very grateful to have your advice, and I too certainly appreciate having somebody around who tells it like it is when things aren't right. If you sometimes offend the odd person, they can complain to me, and if you used any bad language for example, I'll edit it out for them. I accept that just because I personally don't seem to find you offensive, doesn't mean nobody else could, as different people are offended by different things and we try to have a place here where nobody is made to feel too offended by others. I personally think your contibution here is excellent and I'm entitled to hold that opinion myself just as others are entitled to disagree with it.
Now can everyone stop arguing, this shouldn't be a place of arguments... I know I've had a few spats with people myself over Xmas, as people have come here and annoyed me, but enough is enough, lets all let bygones be bygones now and have a good 2008. Pat x

Jackie, I bet you will find, like I did, that they aren't coming from E-I, but rather from a similarly named site without the hyphen who are desperately pimping for business, even sending me pm's here!
Unfortunately when I first started in Ireland, like a mug I paid for an ad with them... Well, I can see why they need to go for the hard sell with escorts, put it this way, their site didn't do anything for me! And I still get texts/ emails from them weekly, slagging off the other sites and trying to convince me to take an ad.

Ban my IP? I am using TOR, so that won't work (you'll just be banning an IP in Germany or any TOR node that I am using at the moment) . Kill off my username and I'll just make another.
I guess you could ban the IP range of south Dublin and all tor nodes but that would be like cutting off your nose to spite your face, wouldn't it? Then I could just use a North Dublin IP Range and so on.
Anonimity was built into the core technologies of the internet.
I guess you could make potential forum posters apply for an account by submitting verifiable personal data to you (phone, address, ect.) That would get rid of me but it would render your forum useless as no one in their right mind would give you details like that.

if you dislike somebody on here go to the USER CP and put them on your ignore list. I personally have been ignoring westside and paws for the last three months (it doesn't stop them posting, but I certainly can't read what they are posting and the fact that they go to so much work to get my attention, if all for not, is amusing in the least.

All credit to Mrsbrown for the aptly named "hate campaign" thread. There seems to be a lot of different hate campaigns going on here. It is better than Eastenders or Coronation St.. Is all this ill-will for real or is it largely put on? It would be a help if all these personal enmities were consigned to a special section rather than constantly dogging all threads.
