If you are planning on booking an escort through an agency you are not going to get to speak to her before hand. You can check with the receptionist of the agency but remember services are at an escorts discretion.
In regards to actual agencies I don't know much of the ones you mention but some reliable ones are Max's Angels and Hamiltons.

I've used a couple of agencies in London and found Bijoux Escorts (http://www.bijouxescorts.com/) great. Patient and understanding, especially when I couldn't find the apportment and was running late, twice. Found Mary great.
