To be fair, his last review was in 2008 and his last activity was 2009. This is why his account wouldn't have been picked up on since we introduced the 'three rats and out' system relatively recently.
I have banned this guy anyway, but he'll probably wonder why he got an email two years later explaining why he's been banned.

No they weren't fella. All these accounts had no posts and all activity was between August - September 2009.
