Well we are only human too , sometimes we slip up. If you look at when the encounter too k place it was on the 22 of june and the review came on the 24 of june so the remark on the review is still valid

good spot, moderators have too much to look at. This should be automated, if punter submits a second review, first should automatically deleted with computer generated response. This should not be very difficult to achieve,

It's not very often that a second review slips through. When a review is submitted a little number 2 is written to denote a second review. Usually we delete right away. Not very often the odd 2nd review slps by us for one reason or other. On a regular basis we go through the a-z to search for 2nd reviews. You'll only get one or two every so often. Theres plenty eagle eyed members to point them out to us too ;)
