View Full Version : Antrim Advice Needed

Hi,

As some of you may know, people infringe the copyright of E-I quite often, by making copy sites of E-I. This is an ongoing problem for us.

However there is one particular guy doing this currently that our legal team really need to get hold of, because what he is doing is causing big problems for some ladies that used to advertise with us.

He is buying domains, taking content from E-I, and uploading it to a website on that domain, then moving onto the next copy site, and what this is leaving is a trail of websites that are like E-I in May 2006, E-I in October 2006, E-I in January 2007 etc. He has been doing this for a year or so now and he never updates his websites after making them, so of course now many of the ladies on his websites are no longer working in Ireland.

For example, we are getting phone calls from ladies in Czech etc saying "Hi, I took out an ad with you in March last year and you still have my photos up! Please take them down! I got married in August and I don't work as an escort anymore and I need these photos taken down!" etc, but it isn't us, it is this chap who is making copy sites of E-I continually.

The information I have on this chap is that his name is *Name Removed* and his business address is *Address Removed*. I wondering can anyone who lives up Antrim way tell me is this a real name and address or is it just made up?

Or can the person who uses these details please finally stop ignoring my emails and at least remove the details that you stole from here of the ladies that don't work as escorts in Ireland anymore.

Thanks

Pat

It doesnt really instill me with confidence the fact that you so readily put up personal info like that. What if it is wrong and someone completely innocent starts getting calls or taxis booked or pizzas delivered.
Bad move Pat.

Iamevilhomer this address is already published online as the contact address for all these escort sites I am talking about, so I am only publishing what this guy has already published himself all over the place as the address for people to contact his business at.

If this was some private info I got somewhere I would see your point, but it is not.

Also, if this guy would remove the photos and information he stole from this site as I have asked many times already, this post wouldn't be here.

It is upsetting a lot of ladies that used to work as escorts but don't any more that he won't take their details down. That's who I feel sorry for here.

Also forget to say, we have sent legal letters to this address and had no reply, so I don't think it is an innocent homeowner address (I think an innocent homeowner would have replied to our letters "Hello, I don't know what you are talking about!"). I think it is either a made up address or it is his address, but I wouldn;t mind knowing which, which is why I asked.

Lovely post Pat. You really do live in a dream world. You and I both know who the real copycat here is though.

Not only do you steal the design that is copyrighted to me (a UK registered business) you publicy post my name and address on your forum for all to see.

I makes no bones about who I am or where I live.

The sad fact is Patricia, you really are a nasty piece of work. I only hope the users of this website can see that. Of course, most are smart enough to work that out already. Your silly little post only confirms what people have been thinking about you all this time.

On a happier note, our solicitor will be in touch with you shortly. Im hoping sooner rather than later now, after reading your post.

Hi cromwellroadappartment/namechangedonrequest,

Thanks for your posts here.

And your cute little PM to me (though unfortunately you are dreaming if you think I will pay you to remove the content you have stolen from us).

Glad I finally got your attention.

Your accusations are so stupid they don't even warrant a response

All I have to say to you is:

Take all the photos of escorts you stole from this site a few months ago down.

Stealing our designs and text is one thing (a lot of people do that), but when you steal individual ladies photos and then refuse to remove those photos you cause a those ladies a lot of upset and /I can't stand by and let you do that.

I don't know why Pat would be stealing off someone new in this business???? Usually it's the other way around

Pat is very good to us ladies  I don't imagine coming on here and calling her names will win you many advertisng customers

Hey Marilyn,

Thanks for the support.

Its sad that there are people like this guy out there trying to exploit the ladies in this business, but he is one little fraud in a big business, and he will get nowhere in his attempts to extort money out of the real people in this business.

Thank god my experience of this business over the last 20 plus years has been that the vast majority of escorts and clients in it are very decent people. If that weren't the case I'd be outta here in a flash as the likes of him do make me want to scream, but only for a few minutes, until I realise 99% of people reading this post are good people, and I'm not going to let one arsehole with ambitions of exploiting the ladies in this business knock me down.

BTW: If anyone here for one second wonders if any of what namechangedonrequest is saying is true, go to *url removed*
I'm going to remove that link in 24 hours or so (as I dont want to give this guy any help promoting any of his websites) plus of course he may take it down when he sees this post, but go look now...

It is a site he hasn't really got around to adding proper girl data too yet (so I can link to it without worsening the problems of ladies trying to get their pics off the net), but look at the middle of the page where he has the 3 "The Latest Escort Ireland Message Board Topics, Escort Reviews and Industry News:" boxes. These were straight copied of E-I a couple of months back. We have actually swapped industry news for erotic stories since but if you look closely you will see they are all our news headlines, our message board topics, our reviews, in the order they were received on our website. Pic attached.

You really are deluded pat. Extortion, exploiting ladies and stealing photos from your sites? What utter garbage you talk lol

By all means, show my site here. As I have already told you, I develop software, buy and sell domain names and host websites. I have no intentions of running an escort directory. Its pathetic that you have gone to these lengths in your attempt to ridicule me in public. Really very childish indeed and this type of behaviour will certainly do you no favours.

*url removed* - What photos? What ladies?

your site : http://www.irish-escorts.com/

For those who know a little about the internet go to archive.org and type in http://www.irish-escorts.com Notice how it suddenly changed late 2006 - around the time we were testing our software.

Anyhow, I will leave it up to my solicitor like I have said. I advise you to do the same and quit with these childish posts

*cough* if the site has an ip address which can be gotten from traceroute it can be DOS'd, bombed, phreaked whatever you choose.

You are free to go into competion with E-I if you please, but you cannot steal all your website content from E-I.

E-I design is E-I design, E-I text is E-I text, Etc etc etc... If you want Irish escort websites, you have to come up with your own designs, write your own text... You cannot just rob everything from E-I. That is wrong and you cannot expect me to not have a problem with you doing that.

And the photos of escorts that appear on this site belong to those escorts and your stealing them is NOT ACCEPTABLE. If you want to advertise escorts, you need to get their permission, and you need to realise that when a lady says "Remove my details from your site" that is what you need to do.

Your attempts to extort money from me are very sad. You obviously don't know anything about me. If you did you would know, there is no chance of me paying you one cent.

This is stupid. Remove the stolen content and go away.

Stop sending me stupid private messages and ringing our advertising number already would you.

You want to get a solicitor onto us for you having infringed our copyright, please go ahead you silly little boy, but we don't negotiate with fools like you so don't even expect any responses from us until you contact us in a proper manner.

BTW your barred from entering the leprecon competition :p

Oh and here is a free tip for you...

When you are out and about on Monday, looking for that hot solicitor to represent you in your case against E-I, try looking at the ones that specialise in accident claims... You know the ones with the big ads that say "Claire tripped at work and twisted her ankle. Her employer was liable because he hadn't warned her not to run in 6" heels. We got her £10,000 compensation." as those tend to be the least scrupulous ones going.

Remember, you might get laughed out the door if you walk into a proper solicitors office and say "Hi, I stole a load of website content from a company, then I tried to sell it back to them, but they aren't paying, so I want to sue them..."

In response to your last message, no I'm not going to take this conversation private... I have lots of private conversations with lots of people, but I don't have private conversations with scumbags that steal ladies photos then demand money off me for them to take them down. What do we have to discuss, what part of I'm not giving you one cent to remove those ladies photos do you not understand?

This will be my last post here, and then I'm locking this thread as there is no point us arguing here.

You have not met me in good circumstances, but that is your own doing.
You chose to enter the Irish escort website business, but instead of coming up with any of your own stuff, you just stole everything you wanted from E-I. You blatantly stole our designs, our text and our advertisers photos...

All these copies of E-I you created are very damaging to our business. Whilst you have been sitting back stealing more and more each week, E-I has been dealing with the fall out... The people wanting to know why we have all these inferior copies of E-I with out of date info on them, the ladies that don't work any more wanting to know why their photos are still online...

I have sent legal letters to you and your host to try to get you to take the stuff you stole from us down, but you have just ignored all these. Then I finally post on here in an attempt to get your attention, and you come on and ask me for money to take the stuff down!

Now you say you are ready to enter private negotiations with me, and you expect me to come to the table? This matter is with our lawyers. We don't "negotiate" wth people like you. I see you already removed a little of what you stole off us. I strongly suggest you remove the rest immediately. And then go away and hope and prey that I consider you so pathetic I will let this go, rather than take you to court for the compensation E-I is entitled to.
