Hello!
If you have an idea for a change to the reviews system you think I could make that would improve it for everyone, please post it here as I am dedicated to making IT changes to improve the reviews system for my first few weeks here. Patricia has given me details of several changes people want and I also have some of my own ideas but I want any new good ideas going too!!!

I think it would be really friendly-user to be able to read the review from the same page of the review list; something like a pull-down content, staying in the page where all the review (regarding an escort or a user) are listed, the review content could appear in the same page (so no need to read in a different page and go back).

I could do this but it would make that reviews list page slow as you'd have to load all the reviews when you loaded it. Thanks for the idea, I'll take a look and see what if anything I could do here. What about having some preview text for each review available on the list page, would that be as useful?
I see you have added an icon on a users review list when a comment is made but that icon doesn't seem to appear on the Latest Reviews list, just the rat, would it be possible to have it showing there also?

How about opening up the reviews in a new window when you click on the link to read reviews. That way you wouldn't have to keep going back on the same page, you could just go back to the other page instead, but then the problm is, everytime you view a profile and click on the reviews you would get a new window. Could be messey..........

I thought it was showing there, only there are no comment yet usually so you don't see it. I'll test.

A possible solution to avoid the slow down effect is to load only the text content in the field "Review:", without any other details (details that one can read opening properly the full review, if interested)...that would work as a preview and in my opinion it will be really useful.

a small matter but i think it seems to be an on going gripe, adding a tick box for favourites listed, just yes or no, so many times it is stated favourites include............................., but when it comes to the point after the money is handed over, then suddenly it all changes, this box i feel would at a glance show if that escort was on the level or not
how about removing the mods ability to ban a user for a false review allow the mods to refere any bannings that need to be done to site staff and the staff make the final dicision on banning a member that way there cant be any hint of someone being banned for mods personal feelings about that user.

Mods can ban members. It isn't possible to technically say mods can ban for X reason but not for Y reason. We need mods to be able to ban people as there are multiple messers coming on here on a regular basis posting gross offensive pictures, making threats and generally causing trouble. The best way to tackle this problem is to have staff and/or mods with banning power here as often as possible watching out for problems and banning problem members. If a mod bans anyone for any reason, that decision can always be reversed by staff if questions about the banning are raised and it is found that it wasn't appropriate or a second chance should be offered.

FelicityHi i'm new and just posted my first review, Have seen the comment by the Highway man re my first review. when I was researching for my first visit I avoided escorts because of such comments thinking they were dodgy. Just a thought on the impression it gives a new boy. Is it necessary as people can see its your first review?

You will always hear such comments but as I have always said you can find bad teachers, bad salles person, in every business there is a chance that you find someone, maybe, not happy with what he/she is doing.
Escorts are not in the business because they are desperate, it is really a choice for many of us.
Access to an escorts profile when she's 'suspended' (i.e. not touring) so you can review & post new reviews. don't know why you just can't have a symbol saying she's 'Working' or 'Not Currently Working'?

Could you get rid of the N/A reviews? Its ridiclous that guys can review an escort without having gone thru with the appointment. Reviews should be based on the preformance of the service and satisfaction of the client. Not a look and go who has the cheek to review someone without handing over cash

I find it very frustrating in the Top Reviewed list that most of the girls are currently suspended,could we not have a most reviewed list of girls currently working..thanks love your work
How about "My favourite Reviewers" link / page?? Might solve more than one problem. Let people filter out all the one timers, choose their own... ? :thinking:

I think this is a good idea.
We have many one off reviews by punters and this makes the rest look and feel false, I am sure some are true but one way to cut down on this is to make it a little more difficult to post a review.
This could be done by not allowing a new registered EI forum member to review unless he/she has contributed at least 20 post to the forum or to be a member for a week or so beforehand.
I have also said it before but escort profiles becomming suspended can also cause unfairness with review ratings.

It doesn't mean to say the review is dodgy to say it's registered on day of review or first review since registering. It's something all current and past review moderators do. It isn't suggesting the review is fake.
