View Full Version : Should badges be awarded? If so, how?
Judging by this thread (https://www.escort-ireland.com/boards/general-chat/36456-trusted-reviewer-criteria-reaction.html), the new rules for trusted reviewers don't seem to be very popular. I'm curious what people think the system should be, or indeed if there should be a system.
i asked on the other thread , but no one replied intelligently. Sure someone here must know what the criteria was for the original badges

As I understand it, NBT, who was the review mod and knew most of the posters awarded the badges to those that he thought were genuine on the basis of both their reviews and posts. To my knowledge no badges have been disputed bar Anon's challenge on Black Cat.

Unfortunately this has become too much of an issue about awards rather than a way to identify and mark as many genuine reviews as possible.
When NBT left, Black Cat didn't have a badge. He was given one later. I don't who gave it to him. There was then a poll about whether he should keep it, which he lost.
In case anyone is wondering why I haven't voted in my own poll, the reason is that I am still deciding between the last two options.
Fuck the badge, it getting the escort that's the important thing.;):D
It's probably a silly idea anyway, the word "Trusted" is probably not the best word, the punter is not going to tell you what he's been up to, could be embarassing.:o:o:o:D

I would have no problem getting rid of all trusted reviewers, it is the trusted reviews that I want to hang on to.

Nice idea for the poll. It’s a good idea to test the waters instead of purely relying on the debating posts.
Just a question though. When the poll was first posted it said it was an open poll and users could see who had voted what way, no problem with that, at least it was posted up front so no one would be surprised. It’s just that before I voted I could see who had voted which way before me but now that function is disabled. I’m guessing it’s a function connected with the one ensuring we can only vote once.
Out of nothing much more than a combination of curiosity and nosiness I was wondering if it was possible to separate these functions to allow us to see the votes, or will it return once the poll is closed.
If it’s a technical problem or one that would compromise the integrity of the poll don’t worry about it, as I said just being nosy
There seems to be alot of debate about how badges were awarded before but i do remember at the time that NBT said in what was then
his remit as reviews mod when awarding badges he would contact some of the ladies the client had reviewed by pm to see if they could verify
they were genuine. Now as not that many ladies are reachable by pm this had its limitations but i think he worked a good bit with a few of the established girls Maybe why some were overlooked is that all clients d.ont see girls reachable by pm and was no point ringing them as he would have no way of proving who he was . I hope this clears up some confusion

Only way to establish a genuine person is contact throu these boards , Pm girls and clients . Look at reviews . Make an informed decision .
I really dont think theres a cast iron solution to the review problem . Maybe also there should be an independent reviewer administrator that deals with reviews thats totally impartial .
Just recently the rats have been going mad but you cant make everyone happy . I know the reviewer administrator is doing his best and its hard . I couldnt do it .
I just think the solution is more communication on all sides .
Re trusted reviews
Why dont admin pm girls and ask them about specific clients . Most tell the girls who they are . What about certain escorts are asked who is there top 3 clients . admin picks ten girls at random ( that are not iffy ) .
I can confirm these guys are genuine mos of the guys that i have seen are excellent but im using below as an example:
Mr fussy ( great and lovely guy )
Black cat ( very polite and well mannered love the gloves )
Petercork ( great guy )
The master ( excellent and lovely man )
Irish red ( well mannered and polite )
