Booking Outcome:
Made a booking, but did not meet escort
Met with escort, but left without receiving service
Completed Booking and received service from escort
If you didn't even get as far as making a booking, you can't review this escort! We will not publish reviews that are not proper reviews, e.g. complaints about escorts not answering their phones. The only exception to this is if you know an escort's photos are fake as they are of a known model and you want to alert us / other clients to this.

Those are the options that have always been there, or at least they have been there as long as I can remember.
People who don't make an appointment aren't allowed to review, as the text luther put in red says, but that's not always enforced. If you have one of those non-reviews then you should complain.
People who make appointments and show up at the right time and place, but don't see the escort, are allowed to post reviews, but they get a slightly different set of questions, and the review comes up as N/A. But reviewers sometimes pick the wrong option from that list of three. So again, if you have a review which should be N/A and isn't then you should complain.
Of course, most reviews of appointments which didn't happen are simply fake. These you should complain about as well, but my experience is that E-I are very timid in ratting reviews, or at least in ratting some reviews.

I ask for a 'reasonable professional' answer and get total 'non reasonable answer shite' back

It wasn't a difficult question. I wanted to know about the review system. No need for sarcasm et al.

These are down to rebutals and should be sorted out with Admin or the reviewer...........
Now Taylor, you asked a question and I did my best to help you, and to answer it, if it wasn't up to the high standards of service I'm terribly sorry...........
Just so as you know, when someone asks for help, and someone tries to help them, even if they weren't successfull in helping them, I would have thought it was customary to at least acknowledge the fact that they at least tried to help instesd of saying I scored minus 100 on a scale of 1 to 10..........Thanks a bunch. Perhaps I should stick to trying to help those who may in fact appreciate it.......
PS - Have you ever tried to go to the submit a review page and have a look, or attempt to submit a review without actually submitting it to see what it says???
