Many escorts like the first contact to be in a phone call so your texts may not be noticed, and it could be difficult to get a response.
Your best bet is to post in the "Client Requests" section of the forum, explaining that you are deaf and asking if an escort will be happy to make all arrangements by text. Your message should include the area or areas where you could visit, how long an appointment you would like, and roughly what times would be convenient. Ask any escorts who would see you to please send a PM.
If you have your eye on a particular lady, look in the Communications section of her advertisement. If it says "Very responsive to PM" you could try using a PM (personal message) to reach her. Open by complimenting her profile and explaining that you are using PM because you are deaf. You might get lucky.
