As the fees are always for time and companionship only there is no need to state no extras. If you think it will reduce the price, it wont.
A good estimate of price is 200 an hr but for a longer period a grand should get you a long way; 1500/1800 will get you a long long evening with a very classy woman.
You must also consider whether the woman will want to be seen with you.
