Hi Barb,
As long as you are currently advertising, then you can post your twitter in your signature.
Any contacts details, along as they belong to yourself can be posted in the signature also.
Posting in random threads is not allowed as this is classed as touting.
Advert section is fine to post as the only time you can post there is when you are advertising.
