You know when you have a transaction on your Credit Card that is outside your normal pattern of expenditure your Credit Card company normally contacts you.

In respect of Escort Reviews – DO EI provide the same kind of Checks & Balances

You could be an escort with over 100 positive reviews and them someone comes along and on only their second review (of two) gives you a completely negative review that is contrary to all your other previous positive reviews. Surely in this case EI should contact you before posting the review.

How can an escort prove that the review is false if she has never previously met the person who allegedly wrote the review.

Why should we contact everyone? What would the escort/client tell us? Escort: "It's not true!" Client: "It's true! Worst experience ever!"

Moved to Reviews Chat by the way.

It's worth remembering that the actual customers of this site are the escorts and not the punters.

In my opening post I never asked or gave an expectation that EI should contact every escort/client for every review.

Perhaps I need to clarify my post.

In my post I related the EI review to a Credit card transaction where the credit card company contacts you (the owner of the credit card) if your transaction is different to the norm. The Credit card company DOES NOT contact you for every credit card transaction.

Take EVA’s case (as per post no 3 above) where she has over 100 positive reviews.

Surely when she receives a negative review that is completely different to her 100 (& more) previous positive reviews
then this would ring an alarm bell in the EI review vetting process especially from a client (at the time of posting her review) that had only one other review.

I am not a mod anymore, but I will say that every one has different expectations and standards and that everyone also has an off-day or doesn't click with another. Why should an escort have a flawless run of positive reviews? Why should a review anomaly ring alarm bells? Surely if an escort has over 100 positive reviews and one or even two negatives, common sense would be applied on the part of the client that would logically think, "Well, apart from one or two hiccups/bullshit reviews, this escort is more than likely a solid choice in terms of receiving a great service". Thank god I don't process reviews anymore. I really do believe that punters have very unrealistic expectations as to how reviews should be moderated.

The moral of the story here is just because 1 out of 100 people disagree with the majority, it doesn't make their review any less credible, for reviews are merely an account of the appointment through the eyes of the client and most tend to be the spectrum end of the booking outcome; ie. it was either THE BEST or THE WORST appointment EVER!!!! Rarely 'just okay'.

Obviously anyone can have a bad day and provide a service that might seem unexpected.

Generally though, when a lady has many good reviews and suddenly gets blighted by a red mark ,a quick search of the reviewers

other reviews often tells a tale in itself.

Some guys either have terrible luck when visiting escorts...or they are grumpy bastards who just cant be pleased.

Samlad thanks for taking the trouble to reply (in view of the fact that you are no longer a Mod) but what you have just confirmed is that EI does not have a Review vetting process. I would be interested in hearing Lillie opinion as she was the one who approved the negative review.

EVA states (via a comment against the negative review) that she has never met the client who made the negative review.

If one takes the trouble to investigate the client (who made the negative review) in respect of the escort who was the subject of his other review - One finds many of her reviews are from single reviewers leading me to the suspicion that they could ALL be from the same person (another escort ??) or just a few of the same people.

There is a vetting process, it's just that given the anonymity of reviewers, it is nigh on impossible to vet them as much as clients would like E-I too. Besides, aren't the reviews there for clients to make their own minds up about things? Ironically, the clients that leave negative reviews for escorts with a flawless track record would probably argue that the information that they had to hand wasn't the right information.

I have seen it many times on these forums where clients said that they would sooner prefer a balance of both positive and negative reviews rather than a run of flawless reviews.

If you can suggest to E-I how these negative reviews should be 'investigated', I am sure that the forum managers would love to hear your proposal. If by 'investigate' you mean this is a first review or out of 100 reviews, this is the only bad one, then E-I would not be taking an impartial overview of the reviews system, something that they are always criticized for.

In EVA's case, I can tell you that in most cases when a negative review is activated, there would be a phone call from the escort, claiming that they didn't meet the client, and this is why escorts are encouraged to reply to clarify this.

I believe that Lillie isn't in the office this week, so you might have to wait for her opinion, but ultimately, when it comes to individual cases, E-I will only discuss this matter with the escort and the client involved in the process.

but in some cases we see escorts who say they never met the guy if the guy leaves a bad review, not sayiing its the case here but it does happen but as said the review system is not perfect but all we got for now
