Not my experience...I found it quite open. Just walk up the main street in Old Town Bucharest, you'll get lots of flyers of where to go if you want. I didn't indulge at the time, but don't expect any GFE

I dont think 70% ...i think less... in 2 years living in Ireland i met in my touring many hungarian and portuguese , brazilian escorts and not so many romanian to be honest. Still there are and many romanian escorts. But what the matter the nationality at the end of the day. Its not relevant for escort services :)
