Thats great news for villa fans as he is a great striker and would have been a huge loss. What made him change his mind about leaving.
His agent was filling his head with nonsense trying to force a move to get himself some cash. But no one bid for him and with the World Cup coming up he needs first team football to keep his place in Belgium team. No way lambert was gonna accept less than €25 million for him. He had a great season with villa last year and with a stronger squad now (6 new signings so far) I can see him getting even better!! Lambert is a legend!
