I live close to there and often wonder myself. There is phone number in window. Call them.
unfortunately for the legitimate Thai places people always assume the worst, the good girls in these places are harassed by guys looking to be wanked off, not a problem for the bad girls who actually do that stuff, but I myself am surprised at how many of these places are above board, and don't offer anything extra, before I thought they were all dodgy but now I think otherwise.
just dont offend, you will not have to ask if they do extras, you will always be offered it if they do it, if you have to ask the girl while you are getting a massage she will only get annoyed
