And there was nothing. I remember years ago there used to be a black girl or white girl at every street corner. What's happined. Or have they all moved ?

We allow the discussion of street prostitution, but this forum is not to be used to find locations of street workers. It is illegal.

Is the law in the UK more lax than the Republic, or, is it similar such as it makes no difference? :S

I have noticed a reduction in the number of Belfast street prostitutes.
There was one there last night.
But there seems to be fewer of them and they are out less often.
whats the scene like nowadays in belfast?
How does anyone know they are looking at a street worker and not some poor woman separated from her friends and looking for a taxi?
Dangerous to assume a woman or anyone standing around is a prostitute.
** If the answer is "because of the area they are in" then a person who is a visitor on a night out and not knowing the town takes a wrong turn and stands hoping a taxi may come because maybe her feet are too sore to walk much further will be assumed to be a prostitute?
Street wirkers usually approach the client,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I presume

Street workers try to catch a potential client's eye, or gesture...............I presume.

I believe it has greatly reduced, but I think you are also not taking into account that Belfast was awash with people attending the Tall Ships event over the last few days and Police have been swarming the streets, so possibly not worth them even trying. It may be back to normal from tomorrow.
OK no harm in that then play on lads :joke:
Do they have handcuffs behind their backs or helmets?
We are (or I am) presuming because we are not street smart;);)
Maybe and if and maybe and bla bla, and at the end someone got the wrong impression ohh the world will end
