It was no secret that I was struggling financially. I'm not going to say what in, as I don't want to jeopardise it, but it I would continue to work with people and my time as an Escort has directly influenced my decision. Fingers crossed.

Kate : Omg!!!! How do I answer that? I've been single for over a decade. The last date I had was with a client, so it was actually a booking. He took me to an amazing restaurant in Cheltenham and we had a different glass of wine with each course, starting with champagne. The food was esquisite and he was really good company. I know it wasn't a 'real' date, but it made me feel special. I've never had that in my real life. My ex was a tight arse Northerner lol.
I'm relationship phobic. I actually feel tense even thinking about it now. I enjoy dates with Clients more, because I know it won't go any further. Dates make me panic, because I know there are expectations of me and I don't like it.

Bearing in mind there is thought to be between 10% and 20% of trafficked and young women in Ireland, they are most definitely the minority (and likely much less than that), so why target the 80% that are doing nothing wrong?
Independent Escort should have the human right to earn money in a way that suits them and not forced into a situation where earning a living would mean be participating in a criminal act. There are much better examples being used in other Countries, that have reduced trafficking and generally made life better for all concerned. If they really cared, they would choose one of these methods to model, such as de-criminalizing both the Escort and the Client. Regulation, not oppression!
