I have had this email passed onto me from BBC Northern Ireland for the attention of any clients that would be interesting in having their say:

I am currently researching a documentary for BBC NI looking at a
proposed bill by Lord Morrow which would make it illegal to pay sex
workers for sexual services.

I would like to talk to men based in Northern Ireland who visit sex
workers to see how the possible change in legislation would impact
them.

I understand that this is a very sensitive issue and can ensure that
all interviews will be conducted with the utmost sensitivity and
confidentiality.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss this further.

Thanks

The email address is: spotlight-ni@bbc.co.uk

Update:

We asked the BBC a few questions about this, which we thought might be common client questions.

We can confirm that the BBC are happy with clients speaking anonymously - they can conceal your identity.

The BBC would ideally like to speak to Northern Irish clients or clients that have visited Northern Ireland to visit a sex worker, but would also be interested to speak to clients from the South to get their viewpoints.

The BBC also said they are genuinely interested in hearing what clients think about this possible change in legislation, as obviously it would have a major impact on clients if it were to go through.

Their aim is definitely not to judge any client. They want to get a sense of how Lord Morrow's bill would affect clients and what clients think about it.

Lads, BBC is allowing you to speak anon and NO, you do not have to know every single paragraph of the law regarding prostitution.
They are interested to know :
- how did you started to see escorts
- for whatever reason you give you will be asked if there was another choice you could have make
- how do you feel about it
- if you think an escort is being abused would you ring the police
- why would not do it ( in case of a "no" answer)
- do you think the escorts you have met were doing the job on free will / choice
- how do you feel about the Swedish model, meaning criminalize you for buying sex from sex workers who do nothing illegal
- would you like to have the freedom to ring the police and report a situation without being judge / bad treated / criminalized for seeing escort/s?

Some questions I would ask a punter. As you can see I am not asking legal stuff .
Bare in mind , you can do it anon.
