It’s fun to hit the gym and let off some steam after a tough week at work, but sometimes we just can’t be bothered. We will make excuses to skip the session at the gym in favour of going home, ordering a takeaway, and binging our favourite show on Netflix.
But what if you could make exercise more fun? What if there was a way for your to spice up your routine in a totally new way? This is where sexercise comes in. Sexercise, as the name suggests, combines sex and exercise to make a hell of a workout. You can lose weight and gain pleasure at the same time!
Why the gym isn’t enough
They say that it takes 21 days to turn something into a habit. This means that, unless you stick at an exercise for 21 days, you are probably not going to stick with it at all. If you regularly find excuses to skip the gym, it might be because it just isn’t holding your attention.
We need fun workout routines to keep us entertained. It isn’t enough to just go to the gym and work hard. If you don’t enjoy at least one part of your routine, you’ll get bored and want to do something else.

Sex is a lot of fun. If you think otherwise, then we suspect you are doing it wrong. According to Superdrug, the average half hour of light sex will burn 61 calories for men and 59 calories for women. This is the same as walking a mile, or working out at the gym for 20 minutes.
It might not be as intense as your usual workout, but it is still exercise. Best of all, it is fun exercise!

Stamina and the right position
As you’ll see from using the site above, certain positions burn more calories. Missionary tends to be one that doesn’t burn as many, and the key to good sexercise is finding a position that will work your body and also allow you to keep going for longer. After all, the longer the workout, the more calories you will burn.
The arch position is a favourite. Start in the missionary position, before putting your hands under your partner’s ass and lifting them up. Their shoulders should still be resting on the bed. Then bring yourself up onto your knees as much as you can, keeping your back straight. This will work your legs and back, as well as your arms, while your partner’s core will be put to the test holding this position.
Perhaps the best position for sexercise is standing sex. However, it requires a lot of strength. You will lift your partner and place them onto your cock before you fuck them. They can tighten their legs and arms around you to help a little, but it will mostly be up to you. Need a little support? Have a chair nearby or lean against a wall. It’ll really make the different.
