A wedding photographer who moonlights as a swimsuit model was arrested last Saturday after having sex with a male guest and then urinating on a nearby tree, police in Texas have said.
Katherine Leigh Mehta, 26, was arrested at The Springs Event Venue in Weatherford, after an off-duty sheriff’s deputy working as a security guard was alerted to Mehta having sex with a guest in a room at the Parker County event space.
Not Model Behaviour
Sheriff’s officials said Mehta — who also works as a model under the name Max McIntyre — was confronted about the incident and officers told her to leave. Instead of taking that advice, she strolled up to a nearby fountain and began to shout.
She then continued walking to a tree on the property and urinated, according to the report. At this point she was arrested, and proceeded to threaten officers.
“Y’all families will be dead by Christmas, y’all’s daughters are dead,” she told deputies from the back seat. “My dad is going to find out about this and y’all are [expletive] dead. D-E-A-D.”
Investigators said a prescription bottle of Alprazolam — commonly used to treat anxiety and panic disorders was found on her. It seems that when this is mixed with alcohol dangerous side effects, including extreme drowsiness, nausea and confusion can occur.
However, this narrative has been challenged by someone claiming to Mehta’s sister. She says that her drink was spiked, and continued;
“She said she went outside, and she said these two men tried to approach her and do inappropriate things.
“And she said she was yelling and trying to get help, and things got turned around in a negative way.”
Stressful Enough
Well, there seems two completely contradictory stories there. Although I have no idea which is true (though the police report seems very specific), I have to laugh at the idea that the wedding photographer messes up a wedding by getting smashed, screwing a guest, and then giving death threats to the police. A wedding is stressful anyway, arguably of the most stressful in your life. Having a photographer turn up and do this stuff is really car crash.
However, she may well have got hammered (either by choice or by a spike) and thought the police someone else. As I said, I am not here to judge.
When I look at her swimwear pics, I also have to ask if the husband wanted her for her talents or because she looked hot. I know my wife would have given me a funny look. He could REALLY be in the doghouse at the moment.
We hope the couple had a good wedding anyway and this is seen as a funny story in the future for them, rather than ruining the whole day. Let’s face it, they are married. They will have more miserable days than this!
