People often say that it isn’t the size of your cock but how you use it. They might use phrases such as “it isn’t about the size of the boat, it’s about the motion of the ocean” to try to convince you. But for those of you with small penises it can be difficult to believe that your cock is going to be enough to satisfy.
However, there may be new condoms coming that will change everything. They claim to increase the “sexual pleasure value” of small penises, and they aim to make your cock look and feel bigger than it is. Is this too good to be true?
The average penis length
Penis size is one of the biggest concerns a lot of men have in the bedroom. They also worry about things like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and delayed ejaculation. There are so many different things to think about that putting your mind at ease about one can make a huge difference.
Last year the British Journal of Urology International (BJUI for short), decided to investigate and find out how big the average penis is. To do this they collected data from 17 different studies, with the total number of participants reaching 15,000 men. They wanted to gather as much information as possible to ensure their data was accurate.
So what did they find? They discovered that the average flaccid cock comes it at around 3.61 inches, while an erect cock will average out at 5.16 inches. In terms of girth, flaccid dicks were 3.66 inches and erect were 4.59 inches.
For years many felt that the average penis was between 6 and 7 inches, so this data helps to set many minds at ease. But you might still be worried that you just don’t compare to other men.
As part of their study they also worked out how many people would fall in the 5th and 95th percentiles. These are those who had penises under 3.94 inches or over 6.3 inches in length. It turns out that only five in one hundred men would have a penis smaller, and that only five in one hundred would have a penis larger.
The WonderBra of the condom world
If your penis is on the smaller side, you might be wondering how you can change that. Some will invest in things like cock pumps in the hopes of making their penis swell and look more impressive. Others might simply trim their bush to make their cock the centre focus.
These solutions might soon be things of the past. A Chinese inventor has filed a patent for a new type of condom which will also double as a prosthetic for those with small penises. It aims to help those with small penises feel a little better about their size in the bedroom.
The condom/prosthetic is a new type of prophylactic, which works by filling up. As it fills up it will make the user’s cock look bigger, and make it feel bigger. This will then, hopefully, make sex more pleasurable for all involved.
Using it is going to be a little more complicated than putting on a condom. It isn’t simply a case of rolling it on and you are good to go. It is more involved. You’ll place this condom on and put a strap around your balls, which helps to stop it from falling off during sex.
The patent itself points out the problems with the condom industry, stating that “condoms do not help enough the hardness of the penis to meet the needs of female sex object and improve the technical issues of sexual pleasure value”. Will this condom really be the big change we want to see?
For those with small penises
If your cock is a little on the smaller side it can be very easy to feel self conscious about it. You convince yourself that size matters, and that having a bigger dick would bring your partner more pleasure. However, that isn’t always the case. Last year, Martin wrote that small penises might lead to better sex. So instead of putting your small cock down, you should celebrate it!
Size really doesn’t matter when it comes to sex. Instead you should focus on your skill. Is there something else you can do to make your partner feel amazing? Work on that instead of praying your cock grows.
