He was bit hurry and told me he just had a shower in the office. But i told him i would like to give him a quick shower for better service. When i was rubbing his legs with shower gel i noticed his legs were shaking so i asked him if it was cold(was sunny afternoon). If he didn't look like a gentleman i would feel weird. After shower he hurried to go out from the bath by himself when i was pouring mouth wash. So i stopped him to use the mouth wash. I could see a trace of searching the draw and a bag(only working stuff was there) and of course he took the money that he gave me. I tried to ring him but no answer so i sent him a text saying i would publish his car number, mobile number and the pic of his face from the interphone. So he replie me as below;

What a terrible mind and thought!! I should have been careful not judged by his appearance. Remember he looks like a gentleman wearing trendy suits and soft spoken.

A top lawyer? Rubbish!! He dosn't seem to know the law IE you haven't broken any law but he has by stealing from you. Tell him you are going to the guards with his car number and photo!!

You did nothing wrong and nothing illegal. Whereas he probably has a partner who will cost him way more than 300 euro if she finds out. If he's named then he can only sue for slander. Keep that text message in your phone and he'll be powerless to disprove his involvement. He'll be told this if he goes to a lawyer (I doubt he's one himself), and reconsider immediately.
