you will get a fair bit of debate on this question, but generally a TS has physical modifications - usually breasts. She will still have a cock (usually in good working order!). Such girls are also called she-males. Further down the road she may go for gender re-assigment surgery to become a true TS. A TV usually does not have boobs (though some do have small ones from minor hormone therapy or injections).

A TV escort, like myself, will want to be as feminine as possible for a client and usually the client will be the active party. For oral, it goes both ways, For obvious reasons, a TV escort only can be the active party a certain number of times in a certain period!

TV escorts, I think, are more sympathetic to the crossdressing needs of clients - though this is just my opinion.
