Point taken. That is why I didn't mention a name. I only joined the forum recently because I retired from full time work. I've been doing this on and off for many years and believe me that guy was a punter. Could be spotted a mile away. I have never reviewed because I don't believe in the system at all....personal choice.

I don’t understand when you say “she is not touring so it’s unlikely there are others there” ?!
There definitely can be other apartments in the building where others can work, not sure what her touring status might affect that. That assuming that she is not sharing and the guy exiting the building was a punter. Although again I not sure how you spot them when they leave?! Do they walk around with their flyers down? I can understand when they arrive, maybe on their phones and a bit lost, but not when they leave. There is a lot of assumptions being made here
