Why?????? I'm off the cigarettes 14hrs 15min and counting

.....Ya see 40 a day is too much I got up this morning put on a jumper it stank of smoke .... I ate breakfast and tasted it ..... The coffee was smooth

..... I"m going to beat these fucking cigarettes ...... but the problem is I am so hyper tense and ready to fight it's unreal .......... Oh yea I'm going cold turkey ....... so no messing today RIGHT.........!!!!!

Morning Clyde, I used to smoke 40 + per day and I stopped just like you COLD TURKEY. I'm almost 5 years off them now. It's tough going at first but it does get easier after the first few weeks.
For motivation imagine €6,000 in a pile burning to ashes, that's how much your smoking per year as a minimum. That money would buy you a lovely new car over four years. or you could see one of the lovely ladies every week for a year and still have change left over.
Keep focused and you will stay off them. Next week we will call you Successful and Not So Grumpy Clyde
