You should be proud of what you have achieved. I remember when I gave them up about 10 yrs ago I used to put the money in a jar as loose change and every so often I would change it into notes. I remember at one stage I had over £1000 (old money) about €1270 in about 12 months and when I thought of how much it was and all was doing was literally burning this in an ashtray. Helped me focus on the madness of my habit. Haven’t smoked since.

I decided on 1 th of May of this year to stop smoking.
I bought the electronic cigarette, flavored with mint and since then I never smoke a cigarette.
I think it is the decision, but helps me with the custom.
Mainly helps you feel better every day not to return.
