For me was in the second weekend of oct 2011,after my photoshot on a friday,I went out to celebrate that I had took new photos
and I end up partyng fri ans sat,sun I was dead, with hangover from tobacco and drinks, really bad.

I didn't smoke on sun and mon an on tuesday on supermarket encounter,I was about to ask for a box of cigarrete and then I realize I spended the last two days without smoke so I said to my myself:

Why not?I'll try and see how long i can go this time without it.

The first time I stop smoking I put some weight on,coz i replaced the tobacco with sweets and food but this time, every time I felt I need one,I have a cup og tea!

I didn't put any weight on and keep my body.for me worked!!!

    8 months alreadY!!

I am happy for you Alex!!

I was smoking 20 a day for almost 20 years until 3 weeks ago.I read the Alan Carr's easy steps
guide to quitting and haven't looked back. Not once did I have a craven since and I feel like
a new man.Plus my bank balance is much healthier.

It's incredible Fernanda. You don't even need to have any will power and you certainly don't put on
weight after you quit. All you have to do is read a book over a few nights and I have to say that
smoking my last cigarette was the best feeling ever.
With all the money I have saved you can expect to see me sometime soon.

Just like the alcoolics anon:they say:just for today I won't drink

    with tobacco:
just for today I won't smoke!!

after quit, even kiising is more enjoable too!!

and hope to meet you soon hunny!!

Well done Alexa! I stopped smoking 40/day 15 years ago. 1st day as you can imagine was hell but it did get better slowly day by day. Funny thing is I still miss them today but I don't crave them and know for sure I will never go back on them. Prefer to spend hard earned money on punting instead of nicotine now.
