30 mins is plenty of time if you only go for a bj and a f*ck in a few positions, you can satisfy yourself within that time.

My time is not wasted on a shower either, I won't shower in the apartment, too many men been in those showers for my liking, I shower at home before I go to the apartment. The rare time they doubt me, I tell them to smell my body and they can tell it's freshly washed.

So yay, 30 mins is enough.

It's only fair on for both sides that you accept a shower upon arrival, I also freshly shower before I go to an appointment but there's no harm in a top up especially if it's blazing warm
