The smallest of actions, can have the biggest of impacts.

LDM's Word of the Day 15/11/2023:

Keep safe your mind.

For it and it alone defines who you are.

Every organ, every body part can be replaced, except your mind.

When you die and pass into the great beyond... And people stand over your cold and lifeless corpse. It's not your body why they despair. It's because your mind is gone.

Race, body parts, ethnicity, etc. These do not define you. You define you. Your body will buried for near a decade, before all but bone remains. And yet still, they lament your loss; your mind.

Ultimately, we choose who we are. But be careful. Because we can be manipulated, molded and sculpted from our environments. And it's not your body that gets corrupted, it's your mind.

Everything worth having in life comes from the mind. Compassion, joy, humour, love, etc.

Because it... is you.

So protect it.

Protect you.

Nurture it.

Nurture you.
